RED BANK, N.J., July 12, 2019Baird, an employee-owned, international wealth management, asset management, investment banking/capital markets and private equity firm, announced today that it has added Craig Hrinkevich as Managing Director in its Public Finance Group. Hrinkevich will work from both Baird’s Blue Bell, Pa. office and Red Bank, N.J. office, formally establishing public finance operations in the Northeast and building upon the existing municipal underwriting and sales and trading operations in Red Bank.

Hrinkevich brings more than 25 years of experience to Baird. He most recently served as a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities, and has held various public finance investment banking roles at Wachovia Securities, A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. and First Albany Corporation. Over the course of his career, Hrinkevich has developed creative financing solutions for a variety of high-profile and local issuers in the Northeast region and throughout the country. He has developed banking, credit and analytical expertise by working with a variety of issuers, including states, state agencies, bond banks, state revolving funds, public and private higher education and not-for-profits, healthcare, municipal and investor-owned electric and water/sewer utilities, local towns, cities, school districts and transportation entities. He has also structured complex debt financings, such as general obligation, appropriation, moral obligation, asset securitization, and short-term debt as an advisor, underwriter and placement agent. He is a graduate of Rutgers College, and earned a master’s degree in governmental administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
