Summary
G2, Inc. (“G2” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Huntington Ingalls Industries (“HII”) (NYSE:HII). G2 will join HII’s Technical Solutions division and its Mission Driven Innovative Solutions group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to G2, Inc. on this transaction.
