Clinical Ink, Inc. (“Clinical Ink” or the “Company”) was recently acquired by the private equity team at NovaQuest Capital Management, LLC (“NovaQuest”). RTI International, a leading research institute, provided strategic co-investment in support of Clinical Ink. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
