Runzheimer International Ltd. (“Runzheimer”) has been acquired by Thoma Bravo, LLC (“Thoma Bravo” or the “Firm”) and will be merged with Motus, LLC (“Motus”), which Thoma Bravo acquired simultaneously. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
