Eastman Outdoors, Inc. (“Eastman Outdoors” or the “Company”) was recently acquired by FeraDyne Outdoors, LLC (“FeraDyne Outdoors”), a portfolio company of Snow Phipps Group, LLC (“Snow Phipps”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
