Strategic Partners, Inc. (“Strategic Partners” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Avista Capital Partners (“Avista”) and Partners Group, was recently acquired by New Mountain Capital, LLC (“New Mountain”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
