Summary

ENVE Composites (“ENVE” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Amer Sports Corporation (“Amer”) (HLSE: AMEAS). The acquisition accelerates Amer’s cycling business, especially in the United States and provides further expansion opportunities internationally.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to ENVE Composites, LLC on this transaction.

About

ENVE designs, engineers and manufactures high-end carbon fiber wheels, components, frame parts and accessories for road and mountain biking. The Company is renowned for developing the strongest, stiffest, lightest and most durable and aerodynamic rims on the market. ENVE distributes its products through a diverse multi-channel network including dealers, distributors and original equipment manufacturers in addition to its own e-commerce platform.
