Capita is headquartered in London, United Kingdom.

Equistone is an independent investment firm owned and managed by its key executives. Across the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Switzerland, Equistone focuses on middle market buyouts and change of ownership transactions investing between €25 million and €125 million of equity in businesses with enterprise values of between €50 million and €300 million. Its current fund, Equistone Europe Fund IV has a volume of €1.5bn.
