Luminator Technology Group, LLC (“LTG” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (“LLCP”), was recently acquired by Audax Group, Inc. (“Audax”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LTG is a leading designer and manufacturer of highly-engineered display, lighting and passenger communication systems for global mass transportation markets. The Company leverages its engineering resources, knowledge of LED technology and hardware and software integration expertise to develop solutions that illuminate, inform and improve the experience of city bus, passenger rail and aerospace passengers worldwide. The Company is headquartered in Plano, Texas with additional facilities in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Brazil and Australia.

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners is a private investment firm with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Chicago and London. LLCP manages approximately $7.0 billion of institutional capital for investment in U.S. middle market companies.
