About

Associated Hygienic Products LLC (“AHP” or the “Company”) has purchased substantially all of the assets and business of Arquest, Inc. (“Arquest”). Financial terms have not been disclosed.

AHP is the largest manufacturer of corporate and exclusive brand baby diapers in North America. The Company’s headquarters are located in Duluth, Georgia with state of the art production facilities in Delaware (Columbus), Ohio and Waco, Texas. AHP is a wholly owned subsidiary of privately owned Disposable Soft Goods International (“DSG”), a premier global manufacturer of absorbency products throughout China and Southeast Asia.

Arquest is also a major supplier of private label disposable baby diapers and training pants in the United States, having a blue chip customer base complementary to AHP’s. Arquest is privately owned by Rinaldi Enterprises, a limited partnership held by the Rinaldi family with headquarters in Cranbury, New Jersey and production facilities in East Camden, Arkansas. Arquest was established in 1991 to purchase the baby diaper business from Johnson & Johnson.
