Brian Doyal is Co-Head of Baird’s Global Investment Banking business where he jointly oversees the firm’s global corporate finance and M&A activities. In addition, Brian is Head of Baird’s Healthcare Investment Banking team and is a member of Baird’s Investment Banking Management Committee. Previously, Brian was the Head of Services and Healthcare Investment Banking at Baird, covering a wide range of services sectors, including BPO, Customer Care, Human Capital, Information and Professional Services.
Before joining Baird in 2004, Brian worked 14 years at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was co-head of the Global Services group. From 1992 to 1994, Brian worked for the Corporate Finance group of General Electric Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for making equity investments and loans to highly leveraged companies.
Brian received a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Andrews is a Managing Director in Baird's Healthcare investment banking practice. Rob joined Baird in 2013 and has over 20 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Baird, Rob was with CIT Group where he was Managing Director and led the firm's investment banking and lending activities in the medical device sector. Prior to CIT, Rob held investment banking positions at Stout Risius Ross Advisors, Houlihan Lokey, Lazard and ABN AMRO. Rob received his bachelor's degree from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Benjamin A. Brown

Ben Brown is a member of Baird’s Healthcare Services Investment Banking team. Since joining Baird in 2005, Ben has executed M&A and equity transactions for healthcare clients across several verticals, including healthcare IT, payer & provider services and pharmacy services. In addition, Ben has extensive experience working with clients in the consulting and human capital sectors. Prior to joining Baird, Ben was a member of Thomas Weisel Partners’ Technology Investment Banking Group in San Francisco, where he focused on clients in the software industry. Before joining TWP, Ben worked as an Associate at The Halifax Group, a middle-market private equity fund. Prior to his time in the private equity industry, Ben was an Associate at Growth Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank, and began his career as an Analyst with Prudential Capital Group. Ben received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University.

Ryan joined Baird in 2009 as a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Baird, Ryan evaluated, structured and negotiated strategic partnerships, investments and acquisitions at Abraxis BioScience, a biopharmaceutical company. Before Abraxis, Ryan spent over 10 years in the Healthcare Investment Banking Groups at Wachovia and CIBC World Markets, and helped establish the West Coast Healthcare Investment Banking office for Wachovia. Ryan has completed over 80 transactions for life science companies, including public and private equity financings, leveraged finance transactions and buy side, sell side and partnership assignments. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.

Trish Renner (Hansen) is a Managing Director and part of Baird’s Healthcare Investment Banking team. Trish has worked with a range of healthcare clients across several verticals including Healthcare Products, Specialty Distribution and Contract Manufacturing. Since joining Baird in 2000, Trish has advised on public and private equity financings, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and provided advisory services for private equity-backed, public and privately owned companies across industry verticals. Before joining Baird, Trish spent six years with Arthur Andersen, where she provided business, tax advisory and consulting services. She received her MBA, with honors, from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated with a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Chase Sanders is a Managing Director and part of Baird’s Healthcare team, where he focuses on Enterprise Software, SaaS and Healthcare IT. Chase has 23 years of total experience, including 18 years as an advisor to technology businesses and five years as CEO of a growth company. Prior to joining Baird, Chase was a partner and Managing Director with Signal Hill Capital Group, a boutique investment bank focused on growth stage IT companies. Prior to that, Chase was CEO of Atlantis LLC, a consumer home services company that he took from start-up to operations in eight states before successfully exiting the business.
Previously, Chase was the senior east coast software banker with Bear, Stearns in New York, and also served in the media and telecom investment banking group at Bank of America Securities. Chase began his career as a corporate and M&A attorney with the leading law firms of DLA Piper and Hogan Lovells. Chase received a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a JD cum laude from Harvard Law School.

David Schechner is a Managing Director and Head of Baird’s Life Science's Group. Prior to joining Baird, David was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, Head of Corporate Finance at Needham & Company and Global Head of Life Sciences at Canaccord Genuity. David has represented large pharmaceutical and telecommunications companies in M&A transactions including NYNEX, Bell Atlantic, LIN Broadcasting, Wyeth, Warner Lambert and Pharmacia. Over the past eight years, David has completed over 95 M&A and equity transactions. David received a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bill Suddath is a Managing Director and leads the Healthcare Services Investment Banking team. In his career, Bill has worked with a range of healthcare clients in the healthcare IT, contract research, pharmaceutical services & facility-based services sectors, and he brings a diversity of merger & acquisitions as well as private and public capital markets experience. Prior to joining Baird, he was a Managing Director in the healthcare investment banking group at JMP Securities. In addition, he previously worked as a Vice President at JP Morgan, where he most recently managed the firm's Boston investment banking practice and co-managed the firm's venture capital coverage effort. Before joining JP Morgan, he was a member of SunTrust Robinson-Humphrey's healthcare investment banking group, and began his investment banking career as an Associate at Hambrecht & Quist in their healthcare investment banking group. Bill graduated cum laude from Georgetown University.

Manish Gupta is a member of Baird’s Healthcare investment banking team with over ten years of experience in the sector. Since joining Baird in 2008, Manish has executed on over thirty M&A and equity transactions across several verticals within healthcare including medical products, biotech, pharma, tools and diagnostics. Prior to joining Baird, Manish worked as a Marketing Manager with the Continence care division of Hollister Inc. and had the responsibility of new business development and innovation management. Prior to Hollister, Manish worked with International Paper Company in R&D role. Manish received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, an M.S. from The Ohio State University and a B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology.
Chad W. Moore, CFA

Chad joined Baird in January 2007 as a member of Baird’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group. He exclusively focuses on the Healthcare Services and HCIT sectors, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, public equity offerings and private placements. Prior to joining Baird, Chad worked at PRA International, a CRO, where he was integrally involved in the company's acquisitions, debt financings, and public stock offerings. He was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Chad received an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Economics and a BS in Accounting from Elmhurst College. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
