Brian Doyal

Brian is a Managing Director and Head of Baird's Services and Healthcare groups. In addition to serving as group head, Brian covers a wide range of services sectors, including BPO, Customer Care, Human Capital, Information and Professional Services, and is a member of Baird's Investment Banking Management Committee.

Before joining Baird in 2004, Brian worked 14 years at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was co-head of the Global Services group. From 1992 to 1994, Brian worked for the Corporate Finance group of General Electric Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for making equity investments and loans to highly leveraged companies.

Brian received a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Andrews

Robert Andrews is a Managing Director in Baird’s Healthcare investment banking practice. Rob joined Baird in 2013 and has over 20 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Baird, Rob was with CIT Group where he was a Managing Director and led the firm's investment banking and lending activities in the medical device sector. Prior to CIT, Rob held investment banking positions at Stout Risius Ross Advisors, Houlihan Lokey, Lazard and ABN AMRO. Rob received his bachelor's degree from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Benjamin A. Brown

Ben is a member of Baird’s Healthcare Services Investment Banking team. Since joining Baird in 2005, Ben has executed M&A and equity transactions for healthcare clients across several verticals, including healthcare IT, payer & provider services and pharmacy services. In addition, Ben has extensive experience working with clients in the consulting and human capital sectors. Prior to joining Baird, Ben was a member of Thomas Weisel Partners’ Technology Investment Banking Group in San Francisco, where he focused on clients in the software industry. Before joining TWP, Ben worked as an Associate at The Halifax Group, a middle-market private equity fund. Prior to his time in the private equity industry, Ben was an Associate at Growth Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank, and began his career as an Analyst with Prudential Capital Group. Ben received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. in Finance, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University.

Satoshi Matsumoto

Satoshi joined Baird's Chicago Investment Banking office in 2012. In his role, Satoshi leads the firm's cross-border M&A origination and execution efforts involving Japanese companies, working across all of Baird's industry groups and geographies. Satoshi has an extensive background in cross-border M&A involving Japanese companies. Prior to joining Baird in 2012, Satoshi was a Managing Director and Head of Japan Consumer Retail at Barclays Capital. Prior to joining Barclays in 2009, he was a Managing Director at Nomura Securities, which had acquired Lehman Brothers' former Asian & European operations. Prior to Nomura, Satoshi spent 11 years at Lehman Brothers' in Tokyo and New York. In 2006 he was asked to build the Japan Consumer / Retail Coverage team at Lehman, which became one of the most successful Consumer / Retail teams in Japan with a leading position in cross-border M&A in the Consumer / Retail sector. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 1997, Satoshi worked at Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan for four years. Satoshi has a B.A. in Economics from Keio University, Tokyo.

Ryan Mausehund

Ryan joined Baird in 2009 as a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Baird, Ryan evaluated, structured and negotiated strategic partnerships, investments and acquisitions at Abraxis BioScience, a biopharmaceutical company. Before Abraxis, Ryan spent over 10 years in the Healthcare Investment Banking Groups at Wachovia and CIBC World Markets, completing over 60 healthcare transactions, including public and private equity financings, leveraged finance transactions and buy and sell side assignments. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.

Chad W. Moore, CFA

Chad joined Baird in 2007 as a member of Baird's Healthcare Investment Banking team. He exclusively focuses on the Healthcare Services and HCIT sectors, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, public equity offerings and private placements. Prior to joining Baird, Chad worked at PRA International, a CRO, where he was integrally involved in the company's acquisitions, debt financings, and public stock offerings. He was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Chad received an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Economics and a BS in Accounting from Elmhurst College. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Trisha K. Renner

Trish is a Managing Director in Baird's Consumer and Industrial Group. Since joining Baird in 2000, she has assisted in public and private equity financings, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and other advisory services for private equity-backed, public and privately owned companies in industrial, consumer product and niche manufacturing sectors.

Before joining Baird, Trish spent six years with Arthur Andersen, where she provided business, tax advisory and consulting services. She received her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated with a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

David Schechner

David is a Managing Director and Head of Baird's Life Science's Group. Prior to joining Baird, David was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, Head of Corporate Finance at Needham & Company and Global Head of Life Sciences at Canaccord Genuity. David has represented large pharmaceutical and telecommunications companies in M&A transactions including NYNEX, Bell Atlantic, LIN Broadcasting, Wyeth, Warner Lambert and Pharmacia. Over the past eight years, David has completed over 95 M&A and equity transactions. David received a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bill Suddath

Bill is a Managing Director and leads the Healthcare Services Investment Banking team. In his career, Bill has worked with a range of healthcare clients in the healthcare IT, contract research, pharmaceutical services & facility-based services sectors, and he brings a diversity of merger & acquisitions as well as private and public capital markets experience. Prior to joining Baird, Bill was a Managing Director in the healthcare investment banking group at JMP Securities. In addition, Bill previously worked as a Vice President at JP Morgan, where he most recently managed the firm's Boston investment banking practice and co-managed the firm's venture capital coverage effort. Before joining JP Morgan, he was a member of SunTrust Robinson-Humphrey's healthcare investment banking group, and began his investment banking career as an Associate at Hambrecht & Quist in their healthcare investment banking group. Bill graduated cum laude from Georgetown University.
