Which documents and communications can I receive electronically?

Currently, the following documents and communications can be received through Baird's eDelivery service: client statements, transaction confirmations and investor communications (prospectuses, proxy notices, annual reports, etc.).

Do I need Baird OnLine access to receive paper statements, confirmations and investor communications electronically?
Yes. To receive these documents and communications electronically, you must have access to Baird OnLine. If you do not have Baird OnLine access, you can sign up online. You may also contact your Financial Advisor to sign up.

How do I stop receiving paper statements, confirmations and investor communications in the mail?
To no longer receive paper documents or communications in the mail, log in to Baird OnLine, visit the “Client Service Center” and select “eDelivery Options.” You must have access to Baird OnLine to stop paper delivery. If you do not have Baird OnLine access, you can sign up sign up online or by contacting your Financial Advisor.

If I only receive electronic documents and communications, how can I get paper copies?
Printer-friendly versions of these documents are available via Baird OnLine. Log in to Baird OnLine, select “Account Information” at the top and click “eDocuments.” You will see several tabs across the top which represent the electronic documents available. To see a list of PDF versions of your documents, click the appropriate tab.

NOTE: You must have Adobe Reader to print your documents and communications. Reader is a free product from Adobe and is available here.

Follow these instructions to print your documents:

  • For statements and confirmations, click the icon in the “View PDF” column on the left. For investor communications, click the links in the "Description" column.
  • Your document will open in a new window in Adobe Reader.
  • Select the print option in Reader.

How will I know when my electronic documents and communications are available?

You will receive an e-mail message, advising you that a statement, confirmation, or investor communication is available to be viewed. The message will instruct you to login to Baird OnLine to view it, and provide a link to do so.

How can I start receiving confirmations or investor communications in the mail again?
You can cancel your eDelivery elections at any time. To cancel electronic documents or communications, and begin receiving them in the mail again, log in to Baird OnLine, visit the “Client Service Center,” select “eDelivery Options” and change your preferences accordingly. You may also contact your Financial Advisor and request that eDelivery be cancelled (or re-instated if you change your mind).

I'm signed up for electronic statements, confirmations and/or investor communications, but I'm not receiving e-mail notifications to view them. How come?
Check your “Spam” or “Junk” mail folders to see if your e-mail service is flagging the notifications as spam. To ensure that your e-mail notifications are being delivered to your Inbox, add the following email addresses to your address book:

How do I sign up for Baird OnLine access?
You must have access to Baird OnLine to receive documents electronically. If you do not have Baird OnLine access, you can sign up online or take a tour to learn more about this valuable client service. Once you sign up for Baird OnLine you can change your eDelivery preferences by visiting the "Client Service Center" and selecting "eDelivery Options." In addition, you have full access to all other services offered by Baird OnLine.
