If I have paperless statements/confirmations, how can I get paper copies of these documents?
Printer-friendly versions of your statements and confirmations are available via Baird OnLine. Simply login to Baird OnLine, select “Account Information” at the top, then click “eDocuments.” For a visual representation of these instructions, see the image below.
NOTE: You must have Adobe Reader to print your statements and confirmations. Reader is a free product from Adobe and is available here.
The first screen you see is your list of statements available for printing. You can sort the statements which appear by using the menus and fields above the list.
Follow these instructions to print statements:
1. For the statement you want to print, click the icon in the “View PDF” column on the left.
2. The statement will open in a new window in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
3. Select the print option in Reader.
To print confirmations, click the “Confirmations” link above the “Account” menu at the top. Follow the instructions above for printing statements.

How can I cancel paperless statements/confirmations and start receiving paper documents through the mail again?
You can cancel your paperless election at any time. To cancel paperless statements/confirmations and begin receiving them in the mail again, contact your financial advisor and request that paper statements/confirmations be re-instated.

I'm signed up for paperless statements/confirmations, but I'm not receiving email notifications to view them. How come?
To ensure that your paperless statements/confirmations e-mails are being delivered to your Inbox, add " bairdstatements@rwbaird.com" to your address book. If you continue to have difficulties, contact your financial advisor, or call Baird OnLine support toll free at (888) 212-8843.

What if I Am Not a Baird OnLine Client?
You must be a Baird OnLine client to be eligible for paperless statements/confirmations. If you are not a Baird OnLine client, you can sign up here or take a tour to learn more about this valuable service. Once you sign up for Baird OnLine, then you can “go paperless” by printing, completing and mailing this form. For more information about Baird OnLine, contact your financial advisor.
