Yes. To stop receiving paper statements and confirmations, you must have access to Baird OnLine. If you do not have Baird OnLine access, you can sign up by completing and mailing this form (PDF). You may also contact your financial advisor to sign up.

I want online statements and confirmations only. How do I stop receiving paper statements and confirmations in the mail?
To no longer receive paper statements and confirmations in the mail, login to Baird OnLine, visit the “Client Service Center” and select “eDelivery Options.” You must have access to Baird OnLine to stop paper statements and confirmations. If you do not have Baird OnLine access, you can sign up by completing and mailing this form (PDF), or by contacting your financial advisor.

If I only receive online statements and confirmations, how can I get paper copies of these documents?

Printer-friendly versions of your statements and confirmations are available via Baird OnLine. Login to Baird OnLine, select “Account Information” at the top and click “eDocuments.” You will see a list of PDF versions of your client statements. To see a list of PDF versions of your confirmations, click the “Confirmations" link near the top. To return to your statements, click the “Statements” link.

NOTE: You must have Adobe Reader to print your statements and confirmations. Reader is a free product from Adobe and is available here.

Follow these instructions to print your statements and confirmations:
  1. For the statement/confirmation you want to print, click the icon in the “View PDF” column on the left.
  2. The statement will open in a new window in Adobe Reader.
  3. Select the print option in Reader.

How can I start receiving paper statements and confirmations in the mail again?

You can cancel your paperless elections at any time. To cancel online statements and/or confirmations and begin receiving them in the mail again, login to Baird OnLine, visit the “Client Service Center,” select “eDelivery Options” and change your preferences accordingly. You may also contact your financial advisor and request that paper statements/confirmations be re-instated.

I'm signed up for online statements and confirmations, but I'm not receiving e-mail notifications to view them. How come?

Check your “Spam” or “Junk” mail folders to see if your e-mail service is flagging the notifications as spam. To ensure that your online statement and confirmation e-mails are being delivered to your Inbox, add "bairdstatements@rwbaird.com" (for statements) and "bairdconfirms@rwbaird.com" (for confirmations) to your address book. If you continue to have difficulties, contact your financial advisor, or call Baird OnLine Support toll free at (888) 212-8843, Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (CST).

What if I Do Not Have Baird OnLine access?

You must have access to Baird OnLine to be eligible for online statements and confirmations. If you do not have Baird OnLine access, you can sign up by completing and mailing this form (PDF), or, take a tour to learn more about this valuable client service. Once you sign up for Baird OnLine you can “go paperless” by choosing your eDelivery preferences, plus you have full access to all other services offered by Baird OnLine.
