Executed Orders
An executed order is a completed request to buy (buy order) or sell (sell order) a specific amount of a particular security or investment at a specific price or at the market price.

Asset Class
Asset Class identifies the type of security, based on investment categories.

Action
Action identifies the type (buy, sell, etc.) of order executed.

Quantity
Quantity represents the specific number of shares or units traded.

Security Name
The Security Name column identifies the name of the investment traded.

Symbol/CUSIP
A Symbol/CUSIP is a sequence of letters and/or numbers representing and identifying a specific security. By clicking on the symbol, you can obtain market price information.

Price
The Price column lists the price at which the indicated share quantity executed.

Net Amount
The Net Amount is the amount of money due on a purchase or received from a sale, after transaction costs and any accrued interest that may apply.

Date & Time Executed
The Date & Time Executed reflects the specific time that the order was filled.

Open Orders
An Open Order is an order to buy or sell a specific security that has not yet been executed. The specified price, time period or condition has not been met or, in the case of mutual funds, the end of day net asset value has not yet been calculated.

Asset Class
Asset Class identifies the type of security, based on investment categories.

Action
Action identifies the type (buy, sell, etc.) of order requested.

Original Quantity
Original Quantity represents the specific number of shares or units originally requested to be bought or sold.

Remaining Quantity
Remaining Quantity represents the quantity of the original order that has not yet been executed.

Security Name
The Security Name column identifies the name of the security for which the trade was entered.

Symbol/CUSIP
A Symbol/CUSIP is a sequence of letters and/or numbers representing and identifying a specific security. By clicking on the symbol, you can obtain market price information.

Time in Force
Time in Force reflects the duration of the order, which was requested at the time the order was entered. The different Time in Force options are:

  • Day – Good for Today Only — An order that will expire at the end of the trading session during which it was entered
  • Fill or Kill — A limit order that must be executed in its entirety in one attempt. If it cannot be executed in its entirety in one attempt, the order is canceled and none of it is executed.
  • Good Until Canceled — A limit order that is valid until canceled or executed. This order will remain open until fully executed or canceled.
  • Good Until MM/DD/YY — A limit order that is valid until the specified date. This order will expire after trading ends on the date indicated.
  • Good this Month — An order that will expire at the end of the trading session the last day of the month it was entered
  • Good this Week — An order that will expire at the end of the trading session the last day of the week it was entered
  • Immediate or Cancel — An order requiring that all or part of the order be executed immediately after it has been brought to the market. Any portion not executed immediately is automatically canceled.
  • Execute at Open — A buy or sell order which is executed at the market's opening. It does not guarantee the trade will be executed at the listed opening price, but the trade will be executed within a range of prices, or not at all.

Price
The Price field lists the price at which your buy or sell order was requested.

Qualifier
The Qualifier defines limits on the trade request (if any).

  • All or None — An order that must be executed in its entirety at one price at one time
  • Limit — An order to buy at or below a limit price or sell at or above a limit price you specify
  • Stop — An order to buy or sell the stock once it has traded at the price you specify. A stop order becomes a market order when it reaches or passes the specified price, called the stop price. You place a buy stop order at a price above the current market ask price. You place a sell stop order at a price below the current market bid price. Note: The price at which your order is executed may differ from the stop price on your order.
  • Stop Limit — A regular stop order that becomes a limit order rather than a market order when the stock reaches the stop price

Stop Limit Price
A Stop Limit Price is displayed on an order to buy or sell a certain security at a specified price or better, but only after a specified price has been reached.

Date & Time Entered
The Date & Time Entered reflects the specific time that the order was entered in the trading system.

Pending Orders
A Pending Order is an order which has not yet been entered in the trading system.
