Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2018, Alex worked in the Industrial Products Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he advised on domestic and cross-border M&A, financings and corporate carve-out transactions for private and publicly traded companies. In his role at Baird, he is responsible for sector coverage, origination and execution of M&A, equity offerings and other financial advisory services.

Alex received a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Carthage College, where he graduated cum laude, and an MBA from Grand Valley State University Seidman College of Business.
