Pat serves as Managing Director of Fixed Income Capital Markets at Robert W. Baird & Co. He is responsible for all areas of Fixed Income Capital Markets, including Public Finance Banking, Sales and Trading.

Prior to joining Baird in 1988, Pat spent seven years with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets group, the last three in Chicago. He is a member of Baird's board of directors and serves on the Executive committee and Fixed Income Capital Markets committee. Pat also is a member of Baird's Audit, Finance and Diversity Steering committees.

Outside of the firm, he serves as chairman of the board of WaterStone Financial Inc. and is on the board of the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Pat is also a member of the Marquette University President’s Society and Business School Advisory Council.

Pat earned his bachelor degree in 1978 and MBA in 1980 from Marquette University.

Jay joined Baird in 2000. Prior to joining Baird, he was a Partner and Institutional Fixed Income Sales Manager for J.C. Bradford & Co. from 1987 to 2000. Jay received an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University and received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst.

Bob joined Baird in 2000. Prior to joining Baird, he was a Partner and Institutional Fixed Income Trading Manager for J.C. Bradford & Co. from 1987 to 2000. Bob received his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Penn State University.

Manager of Institutional Tax-exempt Sales and Trading

Drew came to Baird in 1990 to manage the firm’s Municipal Underwriting Department. Previously, he served as trader and underwriter for Firstar Bank for nine years. He handles the underwriting of over 500 issues per year with a total annual par value of $9.5 billion. Drew received his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
