		Managing Director Les Bear manages Baird’s Exton Public Finance office and has over 24 years of public finance experience, specializing in school district general obligation debt issuance and investment services. He has structured and managed over 1000 local government financings in Pennsylvania. Les has spoken before numerous state and national conventions on a debt management and investments. Back to top

		Director Dan Fox has more than 25 years experience in governmental finance. He focuses on providing investment banking services to school districts, counties, municipalities, water, sewer, and solid waste authorities. Prior to beginning his career in investment banking in 2000, Dan spent 18 years as a municipal manager in Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts in urban planning and public administration from West Chester State University. Back to top

		Managing Director James Shelby has more than 24 years experience in public finance and has specialized in public and higher education, housing, transportation, infrastructure and project financings. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the National School of Bank Investments at Southern Methodist University. Back to top
