David Ulbricht heads Baird’s public investment banking operations in the Pacific Northwest. A leading expert in special district finance, he has nearly 25 years experience structuring and underwriting the full spectrum of bond issues for school districts, cities, counties, special districts, health care, affordable housing, port districts, nonprofits and industrial developments across the western United States.
David earned his BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University. He serves as Program Administrator and lead banker for the Special Districts Association of Oregon and is Series 7 and 63 licensed.
