Managing Director

Wayne Workman manages our Traverse City office and provides investment banking and financial advisory services to state
and local governments, colleges, universities, non-profit organizations and air-freight companies. Prior to joining Baird in 2002,
he had 10 years of experience in Michigan state government as a financial consultant for the State Municipal Finance Commission and as an auditor with the Michigan Department of Transportation. Wayne earned his BS in Business Administration from Western
Michigan University.

Director

Warren Creamer is responsible for the development and structuring of general obligation and revenue issues for counties, cities, building authorities, downtown development authorities, tax increment authorities, townships and school districts. He has considerable experience in many areas of municipal finance, including advance refundings, general obligation and dedicated tax bonds, bonds for school districts, student loans, water, sewer and electric revenue bonds, and various tax-increment-supported bonds. Prior to joining Baird in 1994, he was a Senior Vice President at Hutchinson, Shockey, Erley & Co. and a Vice President at
Van Kampen Merritt. Warren received a BS in Finance from Wayne State University.

Director

Brian Lefler has provided investment banking and advisory services to Michigan clients for over 23 years on more than $9 billion of tax-exempt and taxable debt. His extensive experience includes local units of government, primary and secondary education, public school academies, public and private higher education institutions, and health care and non-profit organizations. Brian also assists the State of Michigan and its Authorities in both long and short-term facility financing. Brian received a BA in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.

Vice President

Rachael Eubanks provides support on financial advisory and investment banking engagements for state governments, governmental authorities, municipalities and non-profit organizations. Her experience includes project finance, advance and current refundings; rated, non-rated and credit enhanced financings; fixed, variable and auction rate transactions; customized financial modeling and credit analysis; and rating agency, credit analyst and board presentations. She received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
