About Ohio Structured Finance Group 

Our Ohio Structured Finance Group has completed more than 400 projects, totaling more than $2 billion. We created the first school lease financing in Ohio, the first governmental off-balance-sheet lease structure, the first governmental synthetic lease structure and the first combined tax increment/special assessment financing package.
