GCA Services Group, Inc. (“GCA” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Nautic Partners (“Nautic”), recently completed its sale to Blackstone Capital Partners, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group LP (“Blackstone”) (NYSE:BX).

GCA is among the largest facility services companies in the United States, providing customized janitorial/custodial, facilities maintenance, grounds management and other ancillary services to more than 800 customers throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The Company is specifically focused on becoming the dominant player in select, niche segments of the facility services industry that have strong growth prospects, high barriers to entry and attractive pricing opportunities.

Founded in 1986, Nautic Partners is a middle-market private equity firm with over $2.5 billion of equity capital under management. Over three decades, Nautic has completed more than 110 transactions and partnered with a wide array of talented management teams.
