Focus Products Group, LLC (“Focus Products” or the “Company”) recently completed the Company's recapitalization and sale to Centre Lane Partners, LLC (“Centre Lane”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Focus Products is an international supplier of consumer and commercial housewares / smallwares, bath and electric products to the retail, foodservice and hospitality sectors. The Company leverages a multi-channel distribution model to market a broad array of products to leading national retailers and distributors. Focus Products designs and markets products under various well-known brands, including West Bend®, Chicago Metallic™, Amco Houseworks®, Swing-A-Way®, Hookless®, Focus Foodservice and Regal Ware® Food Service, and sells a portion of its products with on-trend licenses, such as Jelly Belly® and Star Wars®. The Company is based in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

Centre Lane is a private investment firm focused on making debt and equity, control and non-control investments in North American middle market companies across a wide breadth of industries. Based in New York, New York, Centre Lane invests between $5 million and $50 million in companies with revenues between $20 million and $500 million.
