Archway Marketing Services (“Archway” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Tailwind Capital Group, LLC (“Tailwind”) and Black Canyon Capital LLC (“Black Canyon”), recently announced the completion of the Company’s sale to Investcorp. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Archway is a leading, North American provider of marketing logistics and fulfillment services. Archway utilizes a sophisticated technology platform to execute sales and marketing programs by procuring, managing and distributing marketing materials, in-store signage, samples and products on behalf of its large group of Fortune 500 clients. Archway has approximately 1,800 employees and operates over four million square feet of warehouse facilities in 14 major metropolitan areas in North America. The Company is headquartered in Rogers, Minnesota.

Tailwind Capital is a private equity firm investing in growth-oriented middle market companies in business and communications services and healthcare.
