M&C Energy Group Ltd (“M&C”), a portfolio company of Lyceum Capital, was recently acquired by Schneider Electric SA (“Schneider Electric”) (ENXTPA: SU). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

M&C Energy Group is a leading independent provider of energy procurement, compliance and performance services to corporate clients as well as small and medium enterprises. M&C serves over 4,000 clients in more than 15 countries from 21 international offices across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.
