Filson Holdings, Inc. (“Filson” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Brentwood Associates (“Brentwood”), recently announced the completion of the Company’s sale to Bedrock Manufacturing Co. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1897 as a supplier of clothing and blankets to the “stampedes” of the Klondike Gold Rush, Filson designs, manufactures and markets premium apparel, luggage and accessories for the outdoor enthusiast. Filson’s rugged yet comfortable outdoor, workwear and lifestyle products are used by outdoorsmen, workers, hunters and fishermen, as well as consumers who generally have a passion for the outdoors. The Company has an integrated multi-channel distribution model, offering Filson's customers a seamless shopping experience through the Company's direct-to-consumer platforms, consisting of catalogs, a recently enhanced and award-winning website (www.filson.com) in addition to the Company's retail stores, and wholesale channels, consisting primarily of outdoor and specialty retailers along with international distributors. Filson is headquartered in Seattle, WA.
