Sale of Louisville Laminating business


Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Reynolds Packaging LLC


Reynolds Packaging LLC (“Reynolds”) recently completed the sale of its Louisville Laminating business (“Louisville Laminating”) to Centre Lane Partners, LLC (“Centre Lane”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Louisville, KY, Louisville Laminating is a market leader in developing, manufacturing, and supplying metals-based packaging and laminated materials to the Tobacco, Wire & Cable, and Building & Construction markets. Louisville Laminating currently serves customers throughout North, Central, South America as well as Western Europe. Louisville Laminating employs over 140 people.

Reynolds is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of consumer food and beverage packaging and storage products. Reynolds is owned by Rank Group Limited, a privately held investment company based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Centre Lane is a private investment firm that invests in companies with revenues of $20 to $500 million, leading market positions and sustainable competitive advantages in their respective niches.
