WorkforceLogic LLC (“WFL” or the “Company”), recently entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by ZeroChaos, a portfolio company of Snow Phipps. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

WFL is a leading global provider of outsourced workforce management solutions. WFL’s comprehensive solutions combine technology and expert service to manage the full spectrum of spend on contingent talent. The Company’s offerings include talent management through its Managed Service Provider (MSP) services, complemented by payrolling and risk & compliance solutions. WFL operated as a division of the Nelson Family of Companies, a Sonoma-based staffing and HR outsourcing provider.

ZeroChaos is a leading workforce management company that provides a vendor neutral, comprehensive suite of technology-enabled solutions to procure and manage customers’ complete contingent workforce needs. ZeroChaos’ offering includes talent sourcing and management through its truly vendor neutral Managed Service Provider solutions, complemented by its payrolling, employment screening and independent contractor risk management solutions.

Snow Phipps is a New York-based private equity firm that seeks to partner with middle market businesses in attractive industries by leveraging the expertise of exclusive operating partners who are seasoned industry executives.
