Sale to Jabil Circuit Inc.


Baird served as financial advisor to Telmar Network Technology, Inc.


Telmar Network Technology, Inc. (“Telmar” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, recently entered into an agreement to be acquired by Jabil Circuit Inc. (“Jabil”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Telmar is a provider of complex reverse logistics, repair services, technical support, and spare parts management solutions for communication network service providers, enterprise and original equipment manufacturers worldwide. Telmar is headquartered in Plano, Texas and has facilities throughout the United States and Canada, in addition to Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, The United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, India and Malaysia.

Warburg Pincus, established more than 40 years ago, is a leading private equity firm that has invested more than $40 billion in over 650 companies in more than 30 countries around the world.

Jabil is an electronic product solutions company providing comprehensive electronic design,manufacturing and product management services to global electronics and technology companies. Jabil helps bring electronics products to the market faster and more cost effectively by providing complete product supply chain management around the world. Telmar will be incorporated within Jabil’s Diversified Manufacturing Services Segment.
