Sale to Harvest Partners L.P.
Baird served as financial advisor to Document Technologies, Inc.
Document Technologies, Inc. (“DTI” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Quad-C Partners VII, L.P. (“Quad-C”), was recently acquired by Harvest Partners, L.P. (“Harvest”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1998 and based in Atlanta, Georgia, DTI is one of the largest independent providers of outsourced litigation support services, including facilities management services and electronic and paper discovery solutions. DTI services top law firms, Fortune 500 companies and hundreds of small and mid-size corporations and law firms nationwide. DTI operates 27 facilities and has a presence in more than 70 markets across the U.S.
Quad-C is a middle-market private equity investment firm that manages capital on behalf of a premier group of institutional and individual investors. Currently deploying more than $1 billion of committed equity capital out of Quad-C Partners VII, the firm focuses on partnering with management teams to grow businesses, including adding new products or services, expanding channels of distribution, geographic expansion / globalization and completing strategic acquisitions.
