Madison Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, recently completed the acquisition of Global Employment Solutions Professional Employer Organization (“GES PEO” or the “Company”) from Global Employment Holdings, Inc., a top HR consulting and staffing services firm. Global Employment Holdings, Inc. is a portfolio company of Victory Park Capital, a Chicago-based asset management firm.

GES PEO is a leading provider of human capital solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in a diverse range of industries. The Company offers a comprehensive suite of outsourced human capital services and solutions that reduce the administrative burden, regulatory management and overall costs for its client’s human resource related activities. GES PEO’s service offering includes payroll management, employee benefit administration, risk management solutions and human resources services and resources. These services collectively relieve clients from the challenges of managing non-core human resource tasks and allow them to focus on operational and revenue generating aspects of their businesses. In addition, GES PEO offers clients the ability to better compete for and retain quality employees by providing access to benefits comparable to those of larger businesses. The Company’s clients are primarily located in Florida and Texas.
