Syntegra Capital
Acquisition of a position in Schuelerhilfe


Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Syntegra Capital Fund III LP on this transaction


Syntegra Capital Fund III LP – previously known as SG Capital Europe III LP – recently acquired an ownership position in Schülerhilfe, a homework tutoring business bought by Paragon Partners in the summer of 2009 from Educate Inc.

This transaction represents Syntegra Capital’s second investment in the afternoon educational market, the other being Stark, a publisher of exam preparation books for students and loose leaf class material for teachers.
