Industrial Controls Distributors, a portfolio company of FdG Associates
Sale to an affiliate of AEA Investors LLC


Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to ICD on this transaction.


Industrial Controls Distributors LLC (“ICD”), a portfolio company of FdG Associates, has been acquired by an affiliate of AEA Investors LLC. Transaction terms were not disclosed.

ICD is a full service distributor of controls and solutions for commercial heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning process control and industrial automation applications. The Company has coverage in 22 states, from the Midwest to the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States. The Company’s products include pressure gauges, thermostats, flow meters, humidity sensors, pressure switches and a wide variety of valves from leading manufacturers like Siemens Building Technologies Inc., Honeywell International Inc. and Johnson Controls Inc. In addition, ICD also provides an array of value-added services including product training, technical assistance, assembly and pre-configuration services.
