Baird launched its Clean Technology investment banking team in May 2009 with the addition of a group of seasoned banking professionals who have spent the past several years focused on providing a broad array of corporate finance services to Clean Technology corporations. With significant experience working for both public and private companies, members of Baird’s Clean Tech team have executed 12 financing transactions since 2007, raising more than $2.5 billion.
