ArchivesOne, Inc., a portfolio company of Housatonic Partners
Sale to Iron Mountain Information Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Iron Mountain, Inc.


Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to ArchivesOne and its shareholders on this transaction.


ArchivesOne, Inc. (“ArchivesOne”), a portfolio company of Housatonic Partners, has been acquired by Iron Mountain Information Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Iron Mountain, Inc. (NYSE: IRM). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ArchivesOne is the third largest provider of records and information management services in the United States. The Company’s primary service offering is the storage of boxed hardcopy records. The Company also provides storage of electronic media and other customer material as well as certain complementary services. ArchivesOne provides these services to generally small and midsize clients in document intensive industries through its records storage centers in 17 metropolitan markets.

Housatonic Partners is a private equity investment firm founded in 1994 with over $400 million in capital under management. The firm invests in growing, profitable companies in the recurring services, media and communications industries. Housatonic has partnered with exceptional management teams in more than fifty small to mid-sized companies in these industries over the last thirteen years.
