The RETEC Group, Inc., a portfolio company of Windjammer Capital Investors
Sale to AECOM Technology Corp.


Baird served as the exclusive financial adviser to RETEC on this transaction.


The RETEC Group, Inc. (“RETEC”), a portfolio company of Windjammer Capital Investors, has been acquired by AECOM Technology Corp. (“AECOM”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Concord, Massachusetts, RETEC is a leading boutique environmental consulting and engineering firm. Through a network of 23 offices across the United States, RETEC offers a comprehensive range of services including site remediation, sediments management, brownfield redevelopment and waterfront development.

AECOM, based in Los Angeles, California, is a leading global provider of professional technical and management support services for government and commercial clients around the world. AECOM provides services through its global network of approximately 28,000 employees in more than 60 countries to a broad range of end markets, including the transportation, facilities and environmental markets.
