Quatrro BPO Solutions Ltd. (“Quatrro” or the “Company”) recently completed a private placement raising $13 million of growth capital. The current round was led by Walden International with participation by existing investor Olympus Capital and management.

Based in Gurgaon, India and led by Raman Roy, Quatrro is a global company providing Business Process Outsourcing (“BPO”) services primarily to Small and Medium Enterprises (“SMEs”). The Company’s business units include horizontal services such as Finance & Accounting and Technical Solutions, platform-based services for the Mortgage and Consumer Banking end markets and specialized BPO services including Information Services and Interactive Entertainment. The Company has 200 enterprise clients, 9,500 SMEs and 110,000 retail customers around the world serviced by 2,500 Quatrro employees located in seven countries.

This equity raise highlights Baird’s capabilities in the BPO sector, international platform and equity capital markets/private placements effort.
