Syniverse Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SVR) recently completed a follow-on offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $15.50 per share. The offering generated gross proceeds of $310.0 million for certain selling shareholders before underwriting discounts, commissions and expenses. The underwriters have the option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares to cover over-allotments.

Syniverse’s mission-critical data clearinghouse, network and technology services solve technical and operational challenges for the wireless industry by translating incompatible communication standards and protocols and simplifying operator interconnectivity.
