Chief Investment Officer Mr. Morgan has over 16 years of investment experience. Currently, he serves as Chief Investment Officer of Baird Investment Management and is a senior portfolio manager on BIM’s mid and large cap growth products. Prior to joining BIM, he worked as a CPA in the Chicago office of Arthur Andersen, where he focused on personal financial issues including retirement and estate tax considerations for high-net-worth individuals as well as family wealth planning. He concentrated his undergraduate studies in finance and accounting, earning a BS degree in finance summa cum laude from Louisiana Tech University in 1988. Mr. Morgan attended the Indiana University Graduate School of Business and received an MBA with honors in 1992. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1995.

Senior Portfolio Manager Mr. Guffy has over 24 years of investment experience and is a senior portfolio manager on BIM’s large cap growth product. Before joining BIM, he spent just over 9 years as an analyst and portfolio manager with American Express Financial Corp. in Minneapolis. Prior to that he was an equity analyst for Banc One Investment Advisors in Columbus, OH. Mr. Guffy earned his BA in Economics and Government from Anderson University and his MBA from Ball State University.

Ms. Hutchinson has over 19 years of investment experience and is currently a portfolio manager serving high net worth relationships. Prior to joining Baird, Ms. Hutchinson was an auditor for a Wisconsin based bank. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee earning a BBA in Finance summa cum laude in 1989. She earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1998.

Mr. McLaughlin has over 16 years of investment experience and is currently a portfolio manager serving high net worth relationship. Prior to joining Baird Investment Management, he worked for Baird as a Financial Advisor. Mr. McLaughlin graduated from the University of Colorado – Boulder with a BA in Economics in 1989. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1999.

Mr. Severson has over 21 years of investment experience and is currently a senior portfolio manager on BIM’s mid cap growth product. Mr. Severson earned a Master of Science Degree in Finance in 1987 and BBA degree in 1982 from the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he was a member of the Applied Security Analysis Program. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991. 

Director of BIM Research
Mr. Hemauer has over 14 years of investment experience and currently serves as the Director of BIM research as well as Senior Research Analyst for the financial services sector. Prior to joining BIM he spent seven years in Baird's sell-side Equity Research Department as a Senior Analyst leading the coverage of financial institutions. Mr. Hemauer has both a BBA and Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he was a member of the Applied Security Analysis Program. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1995.

Senior Research Analyst
Ms. Cooper has over 15 years of investment experience and currently serves as Senior Research Analyst for the business services, software, and human capital services industries. Prior to joining BIM she spent ten years as a senior analyst in Baird's sell-side Equity Research Department. During this time, Ms. Cooper covered several Business Services sectors including Financial Technology Services, and in 2000 was recognized among the top-10 analysts for the Computer Services sector by Reuters. Prior to joining Baird in 1995, Cooper spent three years as a buy-side analyst at the Prudential Investment Corporation, in growth equities and corporate and convertible bonds. She is a graduate of Princeton University and received her MBA from Northwestern University. She earned her Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1993.

Senior Research Analyst
Mr. Everhart has over 12 years of investment experience and currently serves as Senior Research Analyst for the semiconductor, computer hardware and communications equipment industries. Prior to joining BIM, Mr. Everhart spent over 9 years as a securities analyst and portfolio manager at RiverSource Investments, LLC. Mr. Everhart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy, as well as an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Senior Research Analyst
Mr. Gassman has over 11 years of investment experience and currently serves as Senior Research Analyst for the consumer discretionary and consumer staples sectors. Before joining BIM, Mr. Gassman spent five years at AIM Investments, holding both research analyst and portfolio management responsibilities. Prior to joining AIM, he spent two years as a sell-side analyst covering retail and apparel companies. Mr. Gassman is a graduate of the University of the Pacific and received his MBA from Tulane University.

Mr. Good has over 7 years of investment experience and currently serves as Senior Research Analyst for the health care sector. Before joining BIM, Mr. Good worked at Gartmore Global Investments as an equity analyst for their Global Health Sciences Fund. Prior to joining Gartmore, he spent five years at William Blair & Company as an equity research associate covering Biotech, Lifesciences, Diagnostics and Orthopedics. Mr. Good earned a degree in Applied and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, and earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Director of Sales and Business Management
Mr. Haschker has over 13 years of investment experience and currently serves as the Director of Sales and Business Management. Before joining Baird, he worked at Heartland Advisors, overseeing the relationships within the investment consultant community. Mr. Haschker graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1993, earning a BS degree in Economics.

Institutional Sales and Marketing
Mr. Hughes has over 14 years of investment experience. Prior to joining BIM, he spent 11 years with Robert W. Baird & Co. as an Institutional Equity Broker, responsible for sales in the New York Tri-State Area. Before joining Baird, Mr. Hughes spent 7 years as a Senior Consultant with Runzheimer International where he was responsible for the origination of marketing and business development for the firm's Government Division. Mr. Hughes graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1979 earning BS degrees in Political Science and Journalism.

BIM Marketing Specialist
Ms. Bitter has over 9 years of investment experience and currently serves as a marketing specialist for BIM. Ms. Bitter graduated with a BBA from the Unversity of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1999. She earned the Charter Mutual Fund Counselor designation in 2003.
