Reik Read, Managing Director

Reik Read is a Managing Director at Baird and Director of Baird Equity Asset Management, where he has responsibility for leading the business to be a respected investment firm, a trusted partner to our clients and the best place to work for our associates. Prior to his current position, Reik spent 12 years as a sell side analyst, covering supply chain technology, electronic manufacturing services and IT services. He was recognized in 2006 among the “Best on the Street” by The Wall Street Journal, ranking first in the Electronic & Electrical Equipment sector. Prior to these roles, Reik was a sell side analyst at B.C. Zeigler & Co. and was a consultant with Ernst & Young. Reik has been with Baird for 22 years and has been in financial services for 28 years. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from the University of Wisconsin.
