Associate Resource Groups 
Created at the request of employees and as part of Baird’s commitment to inclusion, these groups promote engagement while providing networking and leadership opportunities. For example, the Women Associate Resource Group hosts the annual Women at Baird event, bringing together associates from across the firm to learn from outside speakers and network with one another. 
  
Community Involvement
