Baird Foundation

Baird Foundation supports nonprofit organizations aligned with our focus on health and human services, education, the arts and diversity. We believe in sharing our strong commitment to equality and opportunity for all, and we seek to support organizations where our associates are actively engaged in order to maximize our impact.

To support our associates’ personal giving, Baird Foundation provides matching gifts to deserving charities as well as direct donations to organizations where our associates are actively involved. In 2025, Baird Foundation contributed more than $6.4 million to over 4,000 charitable organizations, including more than $3.5 million to match our associates’ charitable donations. In addition, Baird’s United Way campaign raised more than $6.7 million in associate giving. The donations were driven by participation across 57 U.S. offices, benefiting 59 local United Ways along with hundreds of nonprofit organizations. An additional $405,000 was also donated to United Ways through the Baird Foundation Associate Match program.
