Glen Hackmann Receives Stiemke Award from UPAF

A long-time leader in Milwaukee’s performing arts community, Glen Hackmann, Baird General Counsel, has received the Mrs. Walter H. Stiemke Award from the United Performing Arts Fund. UPAF’s highest honor, the Stiemke Award recognizes extraordinary dedication to the performing arts and UPAF.

Hackmann has served Milwaukee’s arts community in numerous leadership positions since 1995. Currently a member of UPAF’s board of directors – a board he chaired for two years – he also serves on a number of UPAF committees. In addition, he served six years each on the boards of the Milwaukee Ballet Company and the Florentine Opera Company, including serving as Florentine Opera president from 2001-2003.
