Financial Advisors are encouraged to achieve professional certifications such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and Certified Investment Management Analyst. Associates pursuing these designations receive, on average, more than 320 training hours per year.

Baird also provides ongoing education and professional development for Client Relationship Assistants who support Baird Financial Advisors and their clients.
