Campus Visits and Career Fairs Baird is always looking for highly qualified graduate students and undergrads to join our team. We are committed to creating great outcomes for our clients, and that means planning for their future needs by finding the most talented graduates who are ready to provide the highest levels of client service.

Our recruiters visit many colleges and universities throughout the school year to seek out the best candidates through career fairs and campus interviews. To find out if we’re already planning to visit your campus, please select from the list of schools below.

For our Investment Banking and Equity Research Departments, we do many interviews on campus. If you are interested in one of these fields and we currently are not scheduled to visit your school, please submit your resume and cover letter by October 1 for our July hiring class.
