Baird Analysts Recognized by Thomson Reuters

Six Equity Research Analysts Recognized in 2018

August 2018

Baird’s equity research analysts were again honored among the nation’s best in the 2018 Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards. This recognition marks the firm’s 18th consecutive year on the list. The Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards (formerly known as the StarMine Awards) measure the performance of analysts’ buy/sell recommendations and the accuracy of their earnings estimates.

“Our team is very focused on providing in-depth, high-quality research, and this recognition underscores our analysts’ expertise,” said Jon Langenfeld, Baird’s Head of Global Equities and Director of Equity Research. “We are proud our analysts continue to be recognized for their exceptional work, and I congratulate all of the recognized analysts and their teams on this outstanding honor.”

In addition to the Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards, Baird’s Institutional Equities & Research team achieved strong results in Greenwich Associates’ 2018 surveys of institutional fund managers. The firm ranked No. 1 for overall quality in sales, corporate access and research and earned nine other No. 1 rankings in other survey categories.
